A few questions to you first then :

1. Did you enter your username / password correctly ?
passwords johnDoe and JOHNdoe are different ! (case - sensitive)

also, watch these characters :
0,O,o (zero, uppercase-O, lowercase-o)
1,L,l,I,i (one, uppercase-L and lowercase-l, uppercase-I and lowercase-i)



2.Do you have cookies enabled ? Enable the cookies, cause disabling them won't let you enter the site..
If you have enhanced cookie-security, then follow these steps :
2.1. Click on Tools->internet options.

2.2. In the internet options windows click on the -delete cookies- button.
Confirm with yes.


2.3. Click on the privacy tab in the internet options window. Click the edit button on the lower right.

2.4. In the -per site privacy actions- popupwindow,
enter http://members.grannychannel.com in the -adress of website- inputfield.
Then click on allow. Confirm with yes.





Be sure you don't block cookies in your firewall (Zone-Alarm, Norton,
MacAfee sometimes have cookies security set to HIGH, that WILL block all cookies)



3. Is your system date equal to the current date ?
Please check, double click the clock icon in the lower right corner of the taskbar.



4. What is your creditcard expiry date ?
If you signed up a few months ago, it is possible that your creditcard expiry date
expired. Check your card, and if thats the case, please sign up again...



5. Did you give away your password ? Or did someone get access to the username/password ?
Too many IP adresses are accessing the site then, and your account may be blocked.
Your account may be permanently blocked if this happens too often.

6. Can't get to the inlog screen ?
The server may be down several minutes for maintenance.
Please log in again after a few minutes.

I cannot download any of the movies you offer




Are you using a download manager ?

Disable it, you cannot use download managers on grannychannel.com
You can download the movies, but not with a download manager, like GetRight,DownloadAccelerator,Gozilla etc.

Either leftclick on the movie and view it directly with windows media player,
or rightclick it and choose save-target-as in the dropdown menu.

I cannot view any of the movies you offer




The movies are mpg1 format an can be viewed by Windows Media Player.
Download the newest media player at Microsoft.com


Rightclick the movie thumb and choose save-target-as in the dropdown menu.
See the example below. After you saved it to your harddisk, open the file with
your favorite movie player.

Did you install adobe premiere on your machine ? It can prevent you from viewing the movies.
If you installed it, and are getting an error when viewing the movie,
do the following :

1. Find the file : mcspmpeg.ax on your system
2. Rename that file to : mcspmpeg.old









Still not solved ? Mail us at {MAILFORM} and give us your username, the movie player which you are playing it with, and the error message that is given when you try to download the movie.



It takes too long to download the movies. The connection is slow...




Please do the following :
To optimize your internet connection, please go to http://www.speedguide.net/analyzer.php

This may help :
1. Delete your temporary internet files and offline-content.
2. Disable any proxysettings in your browser if possible.
3. You can only download one movie at the time; when downloading a movie you cannot browse the site!
We are trying to fix this.
4. Shutdown your mediaplayer after every played movie!!
5. Try another ISP, if possible.

You must directly rightclick the movie and view it with your viewer


It may also not possible to leftclick the movie and choose save-target-as.
This is done to reduce hotlinking of the movie.
